Guarantee Process
We offer a standard 3-year warranty to cover potential manufacturing defects on all our devices. This warranty begins from the original purchase date and is not renewed or extended by the shipment of replacement devices.
The warranty is registered in the name of the person who placed the order and is non-transferable. It is automatically activated upon receipt of the product.
Before requesting the warranty:

Make sure you have followed the instructions in the user manual correctly:
- Improper use of the device may void the warranty.
- Consult the included manual or our website to verify that it is working correctly.

Check that the device is not working properly:
- Charge the device with another power source for 3 continuous hours.
- If the problem persists, continue with the warranty process.

Recommended cleaning:
- Use a slightly damp cloth and make sure the device is unplugged.
How to claim your warranty:
- Fill out the form available on this page.
- Prepare the shipment of the device to our technical team, including the following information inside the package:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Contact phone number
- Send the device to the following address:

- The customer covers the shipping costs to our facilities.
- SOOKSKINCARE will cover the return shipping if the replacement is approved.
Once received, our team will inspect the device and notify you by email. If the warranty claim is approved, you will receive a new device at the address you provided.
Warranty exclusions:
- Breakages
- Damage from liquids or moisture
- Misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications
Important: Our devices are not waterproof.
Professional use:
The warranty is intended for domestic use. If used in professional environments (salons, clinics, etc.), the warranty period will be 1 year .
