Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of refund

You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition , including the intact packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of unsealed or opened products .


How to request a refund?

Send an email to customerservice@sookskincare.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Full name, phone number, and email address
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs of the current state of the product

Return process

Once the application has been received and approved by our team:

  1. Arrange for the product to be shipped to the following address:

  2. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. We recommend using a registered shipping service with a tracking number.

  4. After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will issue the corresponding refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same original payment method.


Damaged or incorrect products

If your order arrived damaged or does not match what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt at customerservice@sookskincare.com .
  • Include clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.
  • SOOKSKINCARE will cover the return costs and send a replacement at no additional cost after the case has been verified.
