Claim your warranty

We offer a standard 3-year warranty period to cover manufacturing defects. The warranty starts from the date of the original order and is not extended with replacement devices. It does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse or unauthorized modification of the product. The warranty is registered in the name of the person who placed the order and is not transferable. It becomes active once the products are received.

Before claiming your warranty:

  1. Check that the device is not working:
    • Try charging the device with another power source for 3 continuous hours. If the problem persists, proceed to claim your warranty.
    • Avoid cleaning the appliances with damp cloths; it is recommended to use a slightly damp cloth.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility; SOOKSKINCARE will cover return shipping costs. Once the device is received, our team will inspect it and notify you by email. If eligible, a new device will be sent to the address provided.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Breakages
  • Physical damage
  • Improper handling of equipment or liquid spillage
  • Important: Our devices are not waterproof!
