Return and Refund Policy
Right to Return
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including intact packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of unsealed or opened products.
How to request a return?
Send an email to customerservice@sookskincare.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Full name, phone number, and email address
- Reason for the return
- Photographs of the current condition of the product
Return Process
Once the request is received and approved by our team:

Arrange the shipment of the product to the following address:

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a registered shipping service with a tracking number.

After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will issue the corresponding refund within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrived damaged or does not match what you requested:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receipt at customerservice@sookskincare.com.
- Include clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.
- SOOKSKINCARE will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the case.
